Runner-Yogi Julie Lamb leads a 30-minute flow geared to athletes. Improve balance and mobility, and learn to use the power of the breath to deepen poses and calm the body and mind. The focus for this session is alignment, breath work and mindful isometric movement. As an athlete, you’re getting plenty of strength and cardio elsewhere — this class will help heal and restore.
