Our foundational strength and conditioning program builds resilient, well-rounded young athletes. We want kids to move and feel better in their bodies, learn how to train properly and gain confidence.

Athletes can expect to improve coordination, balance and cardiovascular fitness as well as gain strength, speed and power. They will learn how to improve their economy of movement which will lead to better sports performance.

The skills they’ll gain are relevant to every sport — and they’ll have a blast through our uniquely programmed “movement challenges.”

By implementing a broad range training program of fundamental movement skills and introducing the concepts of a consistent mobility practice, we're helping young athletes stay in the game and lay a foundation for lifelong athletic success.

Our Youth S&C programming is for all athletes, from all sports. Not only does it build intelligent, resilient athletes with attention to technique and movement quality, it teaches sportsmanship, character and the importance of showing up consistently, to push each other to be better.

Please Note: these semi-private and small group sessions are most appropriate for athletes ages 9-12, by invitation only. Contact us at 212-203-6802 to learn more and set up sessions for your players/team.
