Dr. Joshua Grahlman, founder and Athlete Mechanic from Clutch Physical Therapy, will lead participants through a dynamic warmup, sport-specific stretching and foam rolling techniques, and a routine to improve balance, strength and core. Nicci Schock from Elevate by Nicci, a lifelong competitive athlete who develops customized nutrition strategies for all levels of athletes, will also lay down knowledge about sport nutrition and eating to improve performance.
