Join us for an LSD run (long, slow distance) with NY Running Co/Jack Rabbit followed by an Injury Prevention Clinic for Runners!
There'll be 2 run groups — one will cover 8 miles, the other will go 13ish. Meet in store at 8AM. Clinics will be held for each group upon return (approx 9:30AM and 10AM). We'll cover how to do a dynamic warmup, balance and stabilization drills, core exercises, stretches and foam rolling techniques geared to prevent injury. Perfect if you're heading into fall marathon training!
