“ARE YOU IN OR OUT OF NETWORK?”

We wish the answer was as cut and dry as the question. Bottom line, we choose to be out of network so we can treat you as a whole person, which includes assessing your entire body and medical/athletic history. Insurance companies only want us to treat individual body parts. But you, and the cause of your pain, are more than the sum of your parts.

Being in-network leads to a ‘patient mill’ style of physical therapy with much shorter appointments that really bums us out, and undermines how we want to treat patients. We just can’t, and won’t, participate in that because our patients wouldn’t get better as quickly as they should.

What insurance do you take?

That’s a great question! But let’s talk about YOU first, so we can figure out if we are the right fit for each other. We don’t want to waste your time talking about insurance unless we’re on the same page about the caliber of care we offer.

Other clinics might be cheaper. But they’re also not as good.

We are experts at treating sports and orthopedic conditions, and we only take on patients who value the level of care we provide and are equally committed to their recovery. Our treatments include 45 minutes of one-on-one attention from a Doctor of PT. Our point of difference and value lies in getting people better, faster, by diagnosing the underlying cause of the problem and fixing it for good. That takes talent, expertise, experience and individual attention.

If cost is what you value most — more so than who treats you or how long it takes to get better — we get it. But we probably aren’t the right provider for you.

How much do you charge?

It depends on quite a few factors, and I’ll get back to you with details after I check your benefits. What I can tell you is that our expertise will be an investment in your most valuable asset — YOU. The value comes in the fact that we have the experience, skills and passion to get you better faster than elsewhere.

We believe in trying to give the highest caliber of care to everyone who wants to see us, and we will do our best to offer you a rate that’s fair for both of us, depending on your plan of care and circumstances.

We have a variety of pricing structures and packages that allow a cost-effective use of your time.

If you’re basing your decision entirely on price, and what you value most is paying the least amount possible for each visit, we understand, but we won’t be the right fit for you. Our value comes in the fact that you’ll spend less time coming to PT because you’re investing in the expertise that will get you better faster.

Our magical point of difference is that we get people better faster, not just some of the time but every time. What’s that worth it to yo

Do you only treat athletes? I’m not an athlete.

We are referring more to the mindset of our patients than whether or not they actually participate in sports. While many of them do, the more important part is having an athletic mentality.

We work with people who are dedicated and committed to getting better, and want to participate fully in the process.

The focus here is on what you still can do and not just what you cannot.

We specialize in getting people beyond where they came from, whether than means being able to take the stairs an extra flight or winning an Ironman World Championship. We have patients who fit both of those profiles. It’s not enough to be pain free, it’s about fixing the root cause and improving performance, whatever your baseline for performance might be.

Do you treat (whatever condition)?

YES!

We’ve helped Olympic level athletes, runners and triathletes including Ironman World Champion Chrissie Wellington, new moms making postpartum comebacks and stubborn grandmas who just want to be able to get around the city themselves… and everyone in between. The common factor is we get people back to doing whatever it is they love, as soon as possible. We create change for people who want to make it, not for those who expect it.
