Why train with a physical therapist? We are musculoskeletal and biomechanics experts. We understand how the body moves better than anyone else, and can identify and address inefficiencies and imbalances. If you have underlying or chronic issues, we can fix them before they derail your race. This program will reduce your risk of injury and improve your strength and power, setting you up to run your best 26.2 yet.

Why is this better than strength training classes? It’s COMPLETELY CUSTOMIZED TO YOU, your body, your form, your goals, your strengths, and your weaknesses. At each session, you’ll get the full attention of our Sports Performance Specialist, Dr. James Sinodinos.

GOLD LEVEL (12 weeks + 12 sessions) — $1,799

Initial Evaluation

  • Athlete History + Goals

  • Initial Assessment + Data Collection — Strength, Power, Agility, Potential for injury risk

Sessions 2 - 11:

  • Review of Initial Assessment Report

  • 10 Training Sessions (45 mins, once a week)

  • Training consists of 4 weeks of hypertrophy, 3 weeks of strength, and 3 weeks of power

  • Home Exercise Program (Runner will be emailed a weekly workout program to follow on their own. Completion of these workouts is expected to achieve the best results.)

Session 12:

  • Re-Assessment + Data Collection

  • Athlete Goals + Future Plans

  • Final Report with Objective Results which includes comparison of pre- and post data


SILVER LEVEL (6 weeks + 6 sessions) — $899

Initial Evaluation

  • Athlete History + Goals

  • Initial Assessment + Data Collection — Strength, Power, Agility, Potential for injury risk

Sessions 2 - 5:

  • Review of Initial Assessment Report

  • 4 Training Sessions (45 mins, once a week)

  • Home Exercise Program (Runner will be emailed a weekly workout program to follow on their own. Completion of these workouts is expected to achieve the best results.)

BRONZE LEVEL (12 weeks + 3 sessions) — $549

Initial Evaluation

  • Initial Assessment + Data Collection — Strength, Power, Agility, Potential for injury risk

Session 2:

  • Review of Initial Assessment Report

  • Training Session (45 mins) to educate runner on proper mechanics and techniques for home exercise program

  • Home Exercise Program (Runner will be emailed a weekly workout program to follow on their own. Completion of these workouts is expected to achieve the best results.)

Session 3:

  • Re-Assessment + Data Collection

  • Athlete Goals + Future Plans

  • Final Report with Objective Results which includes comparison of pre- and post data
